• This package is designed for blood tests only and does not cover individuals with pre-existing medical conditions requiring specialist evaluation and medication. If you have known health issues or symptoms, please consult a medical professional before purchasing.
• The Triple Care Blood Profile amount serves as a security deposit for your purchase. Upon redemption, the deposit will be fully applied to your total bill, and you will receive an invoice detailing the transaction.
• The Triple Care Blood Profile must be redeemed within 3 months from the purchase date.
• The Benefit Card remains valid for additional benefits until 31 December 2025.
• This package is non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
• The total package cost is RM48, inclusive of registration, Blood Test and Health Screening Clinician fees.
• Payment must be made at the time of purchase via bank transfer, credit card, or any other payment methods enabled through Billplz.
• Redemption for lab tests can be done via advance booking, with results available within 2 hours.
• Upon purchasing, the benefit will be issued within 24 hours and must be presented along with a valid identification card for verification during redemption.
• All test results will require a Physical Consultation at Health Screening Centre [5th Floor] in Mahkota Medical Centre for further assessment and referral.
• Mahkota Medical Centre reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the hospital’s official website.
