Your Hospital Stay
As soon as you have cleared the admission process, you will be escorted to your room by a hospital representative.Our rooms are equipped with the following amenities
- Television (two-bedded and above)
- Nurse call system
- Attached bathroom and toilet
- Adjustable bed
- Portable table
Additional items are available for rental upon request:
- Deck chairs (available for rental from 8.00 pm to 7.00 am)
A patient identification tag will be given to you upon admission. We request that you ensure the information on the tag is accurate and you should wear it at all times.
Before admission into the hospital, we would advise you to bring along some personal items such as pyjamas and slippers.
We would like to advise that valuable items such as jewellery, excessive cash, hand phones as well as laptops need to be securely stored. For safety reasons, it is advised that you ask your relatives to take these items home as the hospital shall not assume any responsibility should the items are lost in the hospital premises.
Doctor’s Ward Rounds
The attending doctor shall review your condition daily. We encourage you to inform the doctor if you have further discomfort or if you are unclear about your diagnosis or treatment plan.
Nurses Call Service
Our nurses are available 24/7 for you. All beds are fitted with a nurse call buzzer which you can use to contact the nurses should you need assistance at any time.
A hospital dietician is on-hand to ensure that your dietary needs are met. Special menus like halal meals are available upon request.
The hospital has the following stores for the benefit of the patients and its visitors:
- Bakery – Bread Basket & Cafeteria, Ground Floor
7:30am – 7:30pm (Monday – Friday)
7:30am – 2:00pm (Saturday – Sunday)
- Retail Pharmacy, Ground Floor
8:00 am – 6:00 pm (Monday – Friday)
8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Saturday)
Non Smoking Area
Smoking is strictly prohibited on hospital premises by law. For the benefit of our patients, please help us maintain a smoke-free environment.
