Steps to Register MyHeart Card
  1. Please make payment and fill up the application form with proof of payment.
  2. Please check your email for registration confirmation. Payment will be verified and e-Card will be sent in 5 days upon purchase.
  3. Please book your heart screening appointment by calling +606 285 2802 or WhatsApp to +6016 6284509.
  4. Please present your eCard and IC at your appointment.

Important Note:

During a stress test, the patient will be asked to run for about 10-15 minutes.
An assessment is required to ensure the patient is fit for the stress test.
