No, unless these procedures are done for medical conditions only.
Q7: Can I use my Medisave for dental surgery overseas?
Yes, as long as it is not an outpatient treatment and only for dental surgeries that fall within the Table of Surgical Procedures would be allowed to claim. Minor surgical procedures (MSP1 and MSP2) regardless of dental or normal, would not be allowed to claim.

Q9: What is the limit that I can spend for Medisave in Malaysia?
The limit that you can spend the same as that in Singapore, and depends on the treatment you are seeking. The use of Medisave to pay the hospital bills is subject to the prevailing Medisave withdrawal limits which are intended to preserve members’ Medisave from being depleted too fast so as to conserve it for their future hospitalisation needs. For a hospitalisation claim, the patient must have stayed in the hospital for at least 8 hours (unless the patient is admitted for day surgery) or died within 8 hours of being hospitalised.

Q10: Can I use my Medisave for MRI, CT scans and diagnostics tests?
Lab tests, x-rays or other diagnostic tests that are related to the surgery may be claimed. You can utilize medisave only if this is part of your inpatient/day surgery treatment. Diagnostic, health screening or any other outpatient procedures are strictly not medisave claimable.
Q11: Can I use my Medisave savings to pay for overseas hospital bills incurred by my family members?
Your Medisave can be used to pay medical expenses incurred by the Medisave account holder and your immediate family such as spouse, parents or children, as long as they normally reside in Singapore. You can also claim for your grandparents, but they must be Singaporeans/PRs and normally reside in Singapore.

Q15: May I know when can I start to use my Medisave overseas?
Starting from 1 March 2010, Singapore residents will be able to use their Medisave to pay for their hospitalisation overseas in Medisave accredited overseas hospitals.
