    Immunological Studies:
    VDRL, Hepatitis B surface antigen, Hepatitis B surface antibody, Cancer screening (AFP,CEA), Thyroxine.

    7:30 pm Arrive in KLIA and transfer to Malacca
      Dinner and Free Time
      Check in to a 4-Star Hotel
    2nd Day
    7:30 am Transfer from the hotel to Mahkota Medical Centre (MMC) for Health Screening
    2:00 pm - 6:00 pm Consultation with the doctor
    7:30 pm Dinner and Free Time
    3rd Day
    7:30 am Hotel Check Out
    7:30 am - 1:00 pm Transfer from the hotel to MMC for a follow up consultation with the doctor
    (Official medical reports shall be sent to the Indonesia)
    1:00 pm Transfer from Malacca to Kuala Lumpur

    For accommodation in a 5* hotel, an additional RM30 per pax / day shall be imposed.
    During peak season and/or public holidays, there shall be a levy of an additional RM110 per pax.
    For private accommodation, an additional RM220 per pax shall be included.
    For children below the age of five years, an additional of 10% shall be included from the regular package prices.
    For children below the age of two years, no additional charge shall be imposed.
    Without health screening, rates will be reduced to RM360 per pax.
    All transaction shall be in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
    Rates are valid until June 30, 2006.
