Can I use Singapore Medisave here?
Yes, Mahkota Medical Centre is a Medisave-accredited hospital approved by the Ministry of Health, Singapore. Singapore citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) with a valid Medisave account who wish to use their Medisave are advised to read the Medisave FAQ HERE.

How do I make an appointment?
You may call to the doctor’s clinic and make an appointment with the clinic nurse directly once you know which doctor to see.
What are your hospital operating hours?
Generally, our operating hours are from 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday to Friday and from 8:30am until 1:00pm on Saturday. For medical needs beyond the normal operation hours, you may proceed to the Accident & Emergency Department that operates 24 hours daily. Please contact the hospital at +60 6285 2999 for more details as operating hours may vary.
What are your hospital visiting hours?
For Wards:
7:00am – 8:00am
11:00am – 2:00pm
5:00pm – 9:00pm
For CCU/ ICU/ CICU:
1:00pm – 2:00pm
5:00pm – 6:00pm

Does Mahkota Medical Centre assist in Social Visit Pass extension?
Yes. Our Customer Service team can assist our international patients to extend their social visit pass.
Required documents for pass extension:
- Passport – Patient & companion (original and photocopy)
- Marriage certificate / Birth certificate (Kartu Keluarga) (Original and photocopy)
- Letter from doctor
- Appointment card (Original and photocopy)
- Hotel receipt (Original and photocopy)
The new social visit pass will be issued within 2 weeks before the visa’s expiry date.
Our patients from selected nationality are provided with eVISA services. eVISA is an online application platform that enables foreign nationals to apply for an electronic visa to enter Malaysia at the comfort of your convenience.
