As soon as you have cleared the admission process at Mahkota Medical Centre, you will be escorted to your room by a hospital representative. Some rooms offer a panoramic view of the Malacca Straits while others have the soothing sea view.

Patient Identification
A patient identification tag will be given to you upon admission. We request that you ensure that the information provided is accurate and request that you wear this at all times.Personal Items

We would like to advise that valuable items such as jewellery, excessive cash, hand phones as well as laptops need to be securely stored. For safety reasons, it is advised that you ask your relatives to take these items home as the hospital shall not assume and responsibility should the items get lost in the hospital premises.Doctor's Ward Rounds
The attending doctor shall review your condition everyday. We encourage you to inform the doctor if you have further discomfort or if you are unclear about your diagnosis or treatment plan.Nurses Call Service
