Customer Service

The customer service counter is located on the right hand corner of the main lobby (as you
enter the hospital). The customer service representatives are able to assist with any enquiries pertaining to your hospital visitation.

Multi-lingual Service
Customer service representatives are able to converse fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia , Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin and other Chinese dialects. Please speak with a representative if you need assistance in translation services.

Feedback
We want to hear from you! If you have any feedback, relating to our hospital services, please

Surveys
The customer service representatives coordinate all customer service surveys and may from time to time carry out interviews with patients. Please be assured that information collected shall be treated with the strictest in confidentiality. The purpose is to hear your views and find ways that we can better improve to serve future patients of the hospital.
