Welcome to our website.
It is my privilege as Chief Executive Officer to serve alongside over 690 employees and 59 consultants at Mahkota Medical Centre to provide you the best healthcare services possible.
Your health, our passion
Passion forms the foundation of everything we do at Mahkota Medical Centre. When you walk through our doors, we want to communicate passion— in our facilities, in our comprehensive range of healthcare services and resources, and, most of all, in our people. Because we believe that passionate people can give you the best quality treatment.
You have put your confidence and trust in us, and we take this responsibility to you very seriously. Whether you are at Mahkota Medical Centre as a patient, family member, visitor or a participant in one of our many classes or programs, all of us consider it a privilege to serve you.
In fact, I am pleased to share with you that as a recognition for our passion in service, we were recently awarded the 4th Business Of The Year Award – Service Provider Of The Year 2010 by the SMI & SME Worldwide Network.
International healthcare provider
We have been serving the local community since 1994 and are pleased that all of you have continued to put your trust in us.
Spreading our wings across the borders, we are also honoured to be recognised by our peers and patients as an international healthcare provider with consistently good clinical outcomes. Our ability to provide a one-stop solution for healthcare needs to the regional community has seen our international patient numbers increase steadily. In 2009, we served about 60,000 international patients, hailing from America, China, Europe, Indo China, Indonesia, and Singapore.
However, be it a local or international patient, we want to give each and every person a pleasant and memorable experience when you step into our hospital.
Your hospital of choice
Our hospital aspires “To be a hospital of choice with a passion for care and excellence”, which is our vision statement. Moving forward, we are already taking several initiatives to make your medical treatment with us the best possible. Our hospital is accredited with the Malaysian Society of Quality in Health (MSQH). However, we are not resting on our laurels and are moving towards achieving the Joint Commission International (JCI) accreditation.
