Job Description

Responsible to be alert and attentive towards all the customers, in terms of offering assistance upon their arrival. They must be able to wheel those disabled and lead direction if required. Handle all the check in and out luggage.

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet all customers that walk in and out of the hospital.
  • Provide wheel-chair and ensure the upper and lower limbs are well-supported. Maintain patients’ safety at all times.
  • Push out the luggage trolley when the foreign customers arrive.
  • Make sure the luggage is tagged correctly and the other copies are given to them.
  • Call the housekeeping staff if the public areas are dirty / wet.
  • Ensure the furniture in the waiting areas are well-arranged and tidy.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: SPM
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in the Customer Service field will be an added advantage
