June 2010	Manager, Legal and Secretarial (Melaka) Responsibilities: Render legal and secretarial suppport to the Group and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements. Advise management on legal questions including drafting, reviewing and negotiation of all legal documents including but not limited to sales and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements etc. Advise management on operational or corporate matters from a legal perspective and evaluate proposals and action plans to determine the legal impact and provide recommendations as required. Manage disputes and claims process including liasing with external legal advisor. Requirements: Degree in Law from a recognized university Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare industry Litigation and corporate exposure is preferred Self-motivated with multitasking abilities Ability to evaluate legal implications of commercial transactions, while focusing on solutions and results Good command of written and spoken English Strong research and analytical skill
